•The Vendor agrees to abide by all regulations and rules adopted by the Grand Ole Power Days Committee in the best interest of the festival and agrees Grand Ole Power Days Committee shall have the final decision in adopting any rule or regulations deemed necessary before, during, and after the event.

•The Vendor will sign and abide by the Hold Harmless Agreement. As well as any staff or any other persons assisting with said Vendor’s booth. (Hold Harmless Agreement will be signed in advance or no later than upon arrival to vendor location.)

•The Vendor is responsible for the placement and cost of insurance for the duration of the event and any potential loss or damages resulting from his/her/their participation in the Grand Ole Power Days Committee.

• Grand Ole Power Days Committee reserves the right to alter or change booth space and location. Grand Ole Power Days Committee also reserves the right at any time to remove any Vendor or materials that a Vendor exhibits if in the Grand Ole Power Days Committee's opinion, their conduct or presentation is objectionable to any other participants or attendees.

•The Vendor is responsible for any permits deemed necessary by the Municipality of Lambton Country.

•Subleasing of booth space is prohibited without prior written approval from Grand Ole Power Days Committee.

•Sale or sampling: absolutely no merchandise outside of what you are applying to sell, food or beverages may be sold or sampled without written approval from Grand Ole Power Days Committee.

•Vendors agree to pay a fee of $150.00 per vendor space and confine his/her presentation within the assigned space only.

•Vendors will supply their power cords, power, and water if needed unless prior arrangements are made with Grand Ole Power Days Committee. No electrical power/hydro is guaranteed to be available to vendors.

•All Vendor payments must be received by Saturday, August 24th, 2024 at the event.

•Vendors must set up by Saturday, August 24th, 2024 no later than 9:00 am and be packed up and their area cleaned following the end of the event on Sunday, August 25th, 2024.

Grand Ole Power Days Committee reserves the right to remove any Vendor found not to comply with the above terms and agreements.
