"Farm Day" Homestead Interest Form
Appalachia-Science in the Public Interest (ASPI) hosts “Alternative Break Immersion Experiences” for service-learning groups from different colleges and universities, which typically occur in March and October during the spring and fall semesters. When possible, service-learning programming includes a “Farm Day” working on projects at different local homesteads. ASPI rotates among several sites to provide varied experiences for students and to distribute project labor equitably among participating homesteaders. Complete this form to confirm interest in possibly serving as a "Farm Day" host for service-learning students.
