NADAA Members Shall:
1. ...protect against unethical practices in the dance world and shall attempt to eliminate all practices which could be damaging to other dance professionals and/or students or bring them discredit.
2. ...adhere and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity and conduct their business, profession, and their personal activities so as to foster respect for the credibility of all NADAA members.
3. ...conduct themselves and act within the areas of expertise and skills that they possess by honestly and fairly representing their professional competency. Members shall avoid exaggeration, misrepresentation, or concealment of pertinent facts.
4. ...maintain confidentiality of privileged information obtained by virtue of Membership or a held NADAA office, to unfairly gain advantage not otherwise available.
5. ...refuse to engage in or to encourage activities for personal monetary gains at the expense of NADAA's non-profit status.
6. ...not knowingly interfere with legal and contractual rights of others or infringe upon copyright or emblem laws.
7. ...not engage in any activity which is, or would create a conflict of interest with NADAA.
8. ...not knowingly solicit or infringe upon another NADAA member's clientele, business practice, curriculum, etc.
9. ...not deny any service to Members or Non-Members because of his/her national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, or physical or mental handicap.
10. ...honor all commitments both written and oral, in action and intent and strive to assure clarity and mutual understanding of all contractual relationships.
11. ...not solicit information proposals, agendas or ideas from another with the intent of taking unfair advantage of such.
