AUS Collaborative Community Meals Form 23/24
This is the form for the Arts Undergraduate Society (AUS)'s Arts Student Centre (ASC) Food Hub Initiative's Collaborative Community Meals. If you are a student club constituted with the AMS, you are eligible to apply for Community Meal funding for your event. 

Events could be Community Meals held at the ASC, food-related workshops (cooking, baking, meal prep, food security, etc.), food fairs on campus, integrated events involving community meals, etc.!

This form is also used if you're requesting:
  • Funding for your event
  • Marketing for your event through @ubcaus
  • Event support personnel from the AUS for your event

We are NOT accepting REOCCURRING FUNDING REQUESTS due to limited capacity.

This form should be submitted AT THE LATEST 3 weeks before your event date.
