Dear Parents/Guardians,

City View ISD is working diligently to plan for a safe reopening of our schools for the 2020-2021 school year. As we work through the obstacles that COVID-19 has created, we are relying on guidance from the CDC and the Texas Education Agency to determine how our schools will operate.

We value our students and families and need some feedback from you to help us make decisions about some possible options to reopening. Please complete one survey per child in your household.
