Vendors agree to the following:

1. Vendor must grow or make all goods for sale or represent grower/maker of goods for sale. When possible and appropriate, ingredients of goods for sale should be sourced locally and identify the local source. Vendor is responsible for claims made against products.

2. Handmade Goods (non-produce): The management has the sole, exclusive and final authority to determine acceptance into the Market.

3. Booth Space Requirements: Canopy, tables with coverings (hiding all overstock/storage underneath), visible signage & pricing, all fitting in the 10x10 booth space. Booth space location will be assigned upon arrival. Vendor may arrive at the earliest 8AM and be completely set up by 9:00AM. Vendor must clean space of belongings and trash before leaving.

4. Vendor fee must be paid in order to vend. Fees not paid in advance of the market day will be collected by Market Manager by 8:30AM.

5. Except for loading and unloading, vendor must park in designated vendor parking area.

6.. Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited on market grounds and within 50 feet of the market property.

7. Abusive language or actions are prohibited on market grounds and within 50 feet of the market property.

8. All complaints must be first directed to Market Manager, onsite or in writing. Email address is cimm1976@gmail.com or jmims727@gmail.com.

9. Vendor may be asked by Market Manager to leave for violation of rules, or any offensive activity that disrupts market operations. In the event of expulsion, fees are forfeited. Vendor must leave immediately if asked to do so. Repeated offenses may result in permanent expulsion. Vendor may appeal expulsion in writing within seven (7) days of event. Appeal must include date, contact information, alleged offense and reason for appeal.

10. Completion of the application represents my commitment to participate in the Fort Braden Farmers Market. I have received and read all the rules and conditions and agree to abide by them. Liability is the responsibility of the vendor. I hereby agree to defend, indemnify Fort Braden Community volunteers and sponsors harmless from and against any claim, demand, suit, loss, causes of action, damages, liabilities, obligations, costs, expenses, and judgments (including without limitation, death, and damages to property) caused by participants acts or omissions or failure to abide by the rules and conditions contained therein. Fort Braden volunteers and sponsors are hereby released and discharged of any and all liability from loss, injury, or damage to persons or property that may be sustained during
the market or on the property where the market is held.
