Participating vehicles will need to be parked (and preferably decorated) in the designated area no later than 2:30 p.m.  You can come as early as 1:30 p.m. to begin decorating.  No additional cars will be allowed in the designated area after 2:30 p.m.!

The parking lot team will help direct you to your assigned location in the parking spots directly across from the Port of Garibaldi RV Park located at 606 Biak Avenue.   All participating cars are asked to please pull onto Biak Avenue from 7th Avenue to avoid congestion during parking assignments.  Biak Avenue will be closed to all other traffic between 6th and 7th Avenues.

Open up and decorate your trunk or the back of your vehicle.  There are some great trunk decorating ideas on the internet!! Please refrain from anything overly spooky or gory.  Possibilities could include a Halloween theme, sports, comic characters, exotic locations, a particular decade- and can be as elaborate or simple as you wish. 

If lights are needed, please make sure they’re battery powered, as electricity will not be available on site. 

If you wear a costume, please do not wear a mask. For security purposes we want to make sure that all adults are identifiable. 

Bring some lawn chairs to sit in and hand out candy to the kids! Compliment costumes! Meet a family! Have fun!
