Students and parents can register their interest for DHSVAD's Music Ensemble Program by completing the form below. This form will help our ensemble director and conductors to plan repertoire and musical experiences for their ensembles, as well as aid in the provision of instruments.

After completing the EOI, could parents please arrange the return of the Music Ensembles Program Contract 2023 document, found in the information pack, either in hard copy to the front office or by email to the school.
