OPTIMA PhD with AGL Expression of interest

A PhD is available with our industry partner AGL. The project is called  Optimisation of production by “selected turbine de-rating”. This will be led by OPTIMA CI Kate Smith-Miles at the University of Melbourne. More info: https://optima.org.au/energy/ 
 
We offer this PhD opportunity with a stipend and a generous top-up scholarship. Our PhDs are 3.5 years which includes up to one year of industry placement, ensuring that our graduates are industry-ready upon conclusion. 

Before applying, please familiarise yourself with the University of Melbourne's admission requirements, as a PhD cannot be offered if you do not meet the university's stringent requirements (https://study.unimelb.edu.au/how-to-apply/graduate-research). The university will only process applications for OPTIMA students after you have completed this EOI, attended an industry interview and have been provided with an OPTIMA letter of acceptance.
