Communications Survey

Communication is a joint effort, between the speaker and the listener, both must make an effort to communicate and understand.  We are seeking your assistance to improve communication between the church and the congregation.  The newly formed Communications Committee is asking you to complete the survey below.  We will also be sending it out by email and US Post Office to members and friends of the congregation.  It is a brief survey with three multiple choice questions and a final question that invites you to say more.  We are also asking that you complete the contact information at the end of the survey so we can check and correct our records as needed.  Your input is important.
