An organizer will reach out to you and confirm that your submission is in review. If you are not contacted within a week of your submission, please contact the organizer through the Meetup Group you wish to sponsor with.

This sponsor form is provided for several meetup groups. Please be thorough in your response so that it may be allocated appropriately to the correct community. 

Organizers will reach out and provide more information on the tiers for sponsorship and the benefits included. Examples are but not limited to; multiple Meetup announcements, post event messaging, call to actions, and more.

Once approved, sponsors will be provided with the Event link and social posting image. Sponsors are expected to promote within their own social platforms and network. 

Sponsors are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes early to the scheduled event for both virtual and in-person. 

When hosting a speaker from your company to include a speaking slot for the event, please keep in mind that these presentations are not allowed to be promotional or marketing pitches in any way.

Sponsors can advertise as much as they want during the sponsor’s dedicated speaking time for the specific event.
