Accountability Infrastructures for Social Media and LLMs, with a focus on Mental Health In-person Workshop RSVP
This workshop, facilitated by 2022-2023 Assembly Fellow Nathaniel Lubin and co-organized with Thomas Krendl Gilbert (AI and Society researcher, New York Academy of Sciences), will outline a public health framework for addressing societal-scale social media harms. 

Participants will have the opportunity to hear from leading experts in the tech and psychology fields, propose and operationalize specific problems, and discuss potential metrics for analysis. The convening will be designed to foster a growing community of practice around public approaches to mitigating harms caused by technology platforms.
