Vaccination Declaration
On 6 August 2021, Singapore announced a calibrated easing of safe management measures (SMMs). In order to carry out unmasked indoor activities such as Yoga and Pilates,  KPY is required to adopt a Vaccination-Differentiated approach for all our classes from 10 August 2021.

Therefore, please declare your vaccination status below BEFORE you come back to the studio. This information will be saved in our records and you will still need to produce proof of vaccination by showing us your Trace Together app upon arrival for each class. Thank you for your cooperation.
