We’re looking for a white-label Junior to Mid Level Designer to join our team starting February 2023!

As a Junior Designer at Monarch Design Co., your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Assist with final file prep and production for Monarch Design Co.’s clients, including brand guidelines, launch graphics and final branding files.

• Collaborate on print and digital brand collateral.

• Edit websites in Showit for Monarch Design Co.'s clients, including clean up, user testing ahead of launch and ensuring they are optimized for mobile use

• Create social media templates for clients.

• Design social media graphics for Monarch Design Co.

As a Junior Designer, you:

• Are a dedicated team player

• Have 2-3 experience in the industry — bonus if it’s in social media design!

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD)

• You have a keen eye for aesthetic, typography, layout design and composition
  

• Are passionate about white-label design

• Are a hard worker

• Aren’t afraid to ask questions

• Are production-oriented

• Have expertise using Canva and Showit — bonus if you have experience with Shopify, too!

• Willing to sign a 6-12 month working contract and an NDA

This role is long-term, part-time, flexible and 100% remote, totalling approximately 5-10 hours/week with room to grow beyond that in the near future.
