Transportation

Afternoon transportation can be provided. 

If the student is going to be picked up in the car rider line, they will need to be picked up promptly at 5:00 pm. If the student is not picked up at 5:00, you will receive a courtesy reminder. If there is a repeated issue with pick up time, the student will not be able to participate in the program.

By submitting this form I, and my student, acknowledge that we have read and understand the Tiger Transitions Expectations and agree to follow them as outlined.  We also acknowledge that there can be afternoon transportation provided if the student has signed up for it, and if not, my student will be picked up promptly at 5 pm after each tutoring session.
