1. Tango marathon is a closed event - available only for people registered, in the list of participants drawn up by the organizers.
2. The location features 200 m2 of wooden dance floor, professional sound system, and air-condition. The Venue is located at the sea side of Patras with large windows and “day- light dance hall”.
3. Access to the event is granted only to confirmed participants. Without completed registration process, a confirmed place participation is not possible.
4. Registration for the marathon can only be made using this form.
5. Registration will begin at 25.07.2023. at 00:00 (Greek Time).
6. The participation in the marathon will be mainly determined by the following criteria: a) balance between Leaders - Followers and b) minimum of 3 years dancing experience.
7. A maximum of 180 participants will be confirmed.
8. No single evening tickets will be available. Only the full event can be booked.
9. Early bird is valid until 25/08/2023 (23:59 Greek Time).
10. Registration process:
a) Fill in the registration form.
b) You will receive a reply within 10 days. (Please check your spam folder).
If we are not able to accept a registration within 10 days we will add it to the waiting list. We will get in touch again when a vacant spot opens up.
c) With the acceptance of your registration, payment details will be given allowing 7 days time to issue your payment. We will not send reminders. Your spot may be lost and given away if your payment is not received within 7 days. Payments prior to our notification cannot be accepted.
d) Please take care of possible transfer fees. Any money transaction fees have to be paid in addition to the full-pass price.
e) If a bank transfer is difficult for you (please get in touch with us beforehand).
f) Confirmation of participation can be sent only when the payment for participation has been received in full.
g) Please DO NOT book any tickets until you get our FINAL confirmation e-mail (if you don't receive the email, please, check the SPAM folder or contact us)
11. Cancellation policy
a) There is no claim for refund for booked marathon places.
b) Your ticket / confirmed participation is personal and therefore cannot be transferred to other persons or be used by different persons for different parts of the event.
12. You are 100% responsible for your accommodation. The Marathon team recommends based on prices and reviews.
13. There is finger food on specific hours of the Marathon. We cannot commit to certain food needs/requirements of the participants.
14. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Venue, and permitted only in designated areas.
15. The organizer does not provide transportation expenses to the place of the marathon.
16. The organizers are not responsible for valuables and personal belongings participants left unattended.
17. Please note that entrance to the dancing hall of Venue will not be allowed without dancing shoes.
18. Food or drink is not allowed on the dancing hall of the venue.
19. The TMP wristband has to be worn (at all times) in order to participate and access the event location.
20. In case of sudden cancellation of the event (e.g. as a result of government regulations) your Marathon
Pass will be refunded in full (except for the bank fees).
21. Personal information collected by Google forms will be kept only for statistical reasons throught the event and will not be disclosed to third parties.
