This application form is for a tourist (not business) invitation letter only. We strongly recommend that you apply for a tourist visa (not business) because it is a valid visa to attend a business conference and it's cheaper and faster to get. Please mind that an invitation letter is not a visa. You can apply for visa with the invitation letter.

PLEASE NOTE that due to the Covid-19 restrictions the list of countries whose citizens can enter Russia is limited! You can check the list here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oowVVUUg0KC1sAFC3_Jrl7XRcdhQR3GlhTrTpAWxDpc/edit?usp=sharing. If your country is on the list - you can apply for the visa and enter Russian Federation.
