Dear Parent/Carer,

As we have heard from the Prime minister this evening, schools will be moving to remote learning for most children from Wednesday 6th January 2021 until February half term. School provision for vulnerable children and those of critical workers is prioritised by the Department for Education. In order for us to plan effectively for this we need to know whether your child is eligible and needs to attend this group and the days of the week required. If possible, please complete this form by 3:00pm on Tuesday 5th January.
