The UCG Nashville Congregation is hosting its first Young Adult Weekend (Ages 18 to 35) April 3-5, 2020.

We are able to accommodate 60 guests. Space is limited; please apply by February 7.

APPLICATION:
• Please fill out this application -- this does not register you for the weekend.
• Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, welcome e-mail, and be provided with a link to your registration form and hotel accommodations (see below).
• If max capacity is reached, we will begin a waiting list.

REGISTRATION:
• $20 non-refundable and due within 3 days upon application approval via Paypal or Venmo ($40 for married couples)
• Registration fee includes Saturday and Sunday activities
• Hotel not included

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
• We have reserved a block of rooms at a special rate of $168 per night plus tax.
• Reservations must be made separately.
• Each room accommodates up to 4 people.
• Each hotel room includes breakfast and dinner.
• Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel by March 1, 2020
