After filling out this form, your request will be processed by your chapter's Elections Team, and you will be contacted to confirm a date and time for your election. When the Elections Team contacts you, they will provide you with a second google form for you to fill out, where you will enter all the relevant information for each member of your unit on the ballot and a parent/guardian of that scout.
