IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: Each individual can receive a maximum of 3 kits per calendar year. Patrons who have already received 3 kits are not eligible to register for a kit or join the waitlist. If you have questions or are unsure whether you've received 3 kits this year, contact the communications coordinator at tmlawson@defiancelibrary.org and we will be happy to help!

+ Kits are available to adults 18+

+ If registration is full at your chosen library, you will be prompted below to add your name to the waitlist.

+ You must have a DPLS library card to check out the library materials in the box.

+ Twenty boxes will be available: 10 for pickup at Defiance Public Library and 5 at each branch location (Sherwood Branch, Johnson Memorial Library).

+ Boxes will be ready for check out on the first business day of each month.

+ Boxes must be picked up by the seventh day of each month, or the next person on the waitlist will be notified.

+ Please return the box and the two library items to the same library location by the 25th of each month.

+ Books will be based on the theme and in the format you choose. Every attempt will be made to pick books in the genre of your choice.
