This form is for parents of Caddo Hills Athletes. We have 45 vouchers available for Friday, October 23rd's competition against the Acorn Tigers. Depending on the number of claims you may be limited to only your child(s) game. Space is limited so please anticipate allowing other parents the opportunity to view their student athletes event when yours is over.

We will begin assigning vouchers in the order of Jr. Girls/ Sr. Girls/ Sr. Boys.  Attendees of games 1 and 2 may be required to depart after their game and leave the voucher at the front door for the next group of parents.
