The Director of Discipleship will provide leadership in the areas of program and operations for all ministries at Camp Luther of Nebraska. Nominees must be an active member in the church, have a passion for youth ministry, completed a bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years of ministry, mission, or camp experience, and is able to manage a work life balance in a seasonal ministry setting.
