Organizations, please DO NOT forget, if you have had major changes in the past year, please resubmit documentation for your:
o Verified 990 or non-profit tax status letter

o Letter detailing services provided at discount or pro-bono to military connected families or on a sliding scale

Once we receive and review your renewal application you will be informed about membership dues payment of $50 for non-government organizations and $25 for independent members.
