Curbside Meal Order Form (Hewitt Middle School)
Please place your order for Curbside Meal Pick Up for August 12th, 13th, and 14th.
This order form is only for curbside meals at Hewitt Trussville Middle School.


Curbside meals are only available to students who are not attending school due to the staggered reopening, or if they are enrolled in Option A Blended, Option B,  or Option C.  

All students have a choice of two pick up locations. Curbside meals will be distributed at Paine Elementary and Hewitt Trussville Middle School

Pick up time is from 9:00am-9:30am

Submit a separate form for each student.
The student's lunch account will be charged for each meal. Meal price is according to eligibility (paid, reduced, free)
