Creating a strong, cohesive culture is essential for students, employees, and all members of a community.  This workshop delivers the fundamentals for successfully creating and maintaining a restorative culture in your organization. Participants will understand how this community based learning approach will positively impact their students in and out of the classroom.

Participants will be able to:

      Define Culture in Own Organizations
      Understand the rules of building relationships – internally & externally
      Identify at least 3 unwritten rules of relationships
      Create Community Agreements
      Establish response to when Community Agreements are broken

Throughout the day, we plan to create space for a few brief Innovation Spark sessions (3-5 minute talk). These glimpses into practice will highlight anything new, exciting, important or innovative from participating practitioners.
