To secure your spot, a €800 deposit payment is needed. You'll receive, after submission of this form, the bank details for the same.
By completing this form, I hereby agree to the following:
1. That I am participating in a Retreat with Yoga Classes and Workshops. I recognize that yoga may require some physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. I am fully aware of the risks and/or hazards involved.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Retreat, Yoga Class and Workshop. I certify that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in this classes.
3. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in any yoga program.
4. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim that I may have against the organizer of the retreat, its instructors and staff, and its owners, for any injury, death or damages that I may sustain as a result of being in the facility or as a result of participating in a Retreat with Yoga Classes and Workshops; including loss that may be caused by the negligence of the released party.
5. I release and discharge the organizer of the retreat, its directors, owners, staff and its instructors from any and all liability, claim, demand or action that I may have related to the loss, theft or damage of any of my personal property while at the facility.
6. I, my heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge and covenant negligence or other acts.
7. Pricing: The prices vary depends on the the type of room and start from €1800
Options to pay full amount upfront, or a non refundable deposit of €800 and the balance no later than April 8th. *To Secure Your Spot, the €800 deposit payment should be made.
8.Cancellation Policy:
If payment of either the deposit or the balance is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following refund fees, minus the deposit, apply. The deposit is non-refundable:
Cancellation more than 8 weeks before the start date: refund of full amount minus the deposit.
Cancellation less than 8 weeks before the start date: no refund unless for a serious medical emergency with proof provided.
No refunds will be made for failure to attend or to complete the course.
Our cancelation policy is firm.
