Thank you for being a part of this survey. I am extremely grateful for taking the time out of your busy life to share your valuable experience.

My intention is to find out how women felt about using their voice during contractions and if they feel preparing to use it BEFORE the birth would have given them the confidence to use it without inhibitions especially after knowing all of the benefits such as: release of oxytocin and other birth hormones, reduced adrenaline, increased oxygen levels, relaxation of the cervix, lower blood pressure, relaxing the brain into "alpha" state, feeling more powerful and focused.

With your permission I would love to include any stories you share about how you used you voice in my SoundBirth book. I will be in touch if I feel your story will support other women's SoundBirth journey.
