Important Dates:Nov. 13, 2023: Call for Proposals closes.
Dec. 1, 2023: Proposal submitters will be notified of program status: accepted, pending or declined.
Jan. 5, 2024: Completed speaker packets are due through Whova App. (app. details and instructions will be provided Dec. 1)
Jan. 19, 2024: The session speakers will be notified of the session time.
March 1, 2024: Session PowerPoint presentations due.
A Few Tips Before You Begin:
- Proposals should focus on one of the following key areas: Nutrition, Operations, Administration, and Communications and Marketing.
- Prefered topics; Innovative Farm to Child Nutriton projects, marketing your program, and all-Spanish session, digital technology, communications, popular and on trend recipes, FFVP ideas, improving cafeteria environment, building teamwork, advocating for your program, working with school boards, superintendants and other local stakeholders, organization. Items of intrest for front line employees. Dynamic ideas that others around the state can learn from, build from, and replicate.
