This form is being sent to parents of children and young people taking part in the Synthesis Project — iPad music making sessions for young people in Southampton and the Isle of Wight.

Southampton and Isle of Wight Music Hubs are asking for parental contact details for those taking part so that we can contact you about your child's participation in the project, including:

- keeping you up-to-date with their progress
- providing opportunities for music making outside of school
- making alternative arrangements for music making in the event of further Covid-19 restrictions
