PRIVATE FACILITIES LIST- NEWBORN HEARING SCREENING (NHS)
Calling all private audiology centers!

The Ministry of Health Malaysia has sought cooperation from MANSA to compile a list of private facilities/ hospitals/clinics/centers that provide newborn hearing screening (NHS) services in Malaysia. 

The information obtained will be disseminated to the stakeholders/ community and can be useful information for parents who are looking for such services in the private sector.
 
For those who have more than one facility in your place that runs the NHS services, please kindly fill one form for each facility to help us with the data collection. 

Kindly fill in this form by 24th February.
