PARENT REACHING OUT GRANT & BROCK HIGH SCHOOL PRESENT - DIGITAL WELLNESS @ HOME AND @ SCHOOL   Wednesday, April 28, 2021 @ 6:00 pm
THE EVENING AT A GLANCE:
An enlightening virtual interactive presentation for parents/guardians of Brock Family of Schools (including Beaverton PS, McCaskill's Mills PS, Sunderland PS, Thorah Central PS, and Brock High School) youth in Grades 6 to 10, their families, and community partner professionals coming together in support of digital wellness, mental health awareness, and safe online practices at home and at school.  A FREE large pizza is being offered to each participating family.

6:00 pm - Acknowledgement of Traditional Lands; Equity and Human Rights Statement; Welcome and Introductions

6:10 pm - Keynote Speaker:   Steffanie Pellboer, Mental Health Lead of the Durham District School Board

6:30 – 8:00 pm Rotation of participants through THREE Carousel Workshops of your choice: 20 minutes in length with 5 minutes for questions - the Workshop Choices Selections include:
