AYF-YOARF ER Junior Seminar Zero Tolerance Policy
We would like to work with you as best we can in order to make it very clear the rules of conduct for Junior Seminar.  Ligonier Conference Youth Center has let us use their facilities and therefore we must also follow their rules. We would like to take the time to share the zero-tolerance policy.

I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by agreeing to it, and agree to it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.

The Central Executive has compiled a list of rules that will be presented to every senior attending the event. We would like to work with our membership as best we can; therefore, we would like to take the time to outline the Zero Tolerance Policy.

Be respectful of your peers and fellow members. The event coordinators have set curfews, event & mealtimes, and basic rules of conduct. You are expected to adhere by these rules. Failure to adhere to these rules of conduct will result in a phone call to a parent/guardian, or dismissal if the behavior is consistent. *

Any foods containing nuts/made in a facility with nut products are prohibited on camp grounds and will be confiscated upon arrival. *
As a reminder, everyone at the event is a guest representing the AYF-YOARF Eastern Region. Should a member be caught in an act of vandalism, they will be subjected to disciplinary action by the AYF-YOARF Eastern Region and be held fully financially responsible for all damages. *
Under no circumstances should anyone leave campgrounds after arriving to Junior Seminar. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in dismissal of the member. *
Any behavior that is deemed bullying will be punished accordingly, and may result in a phone call to a parent/guardian, or dismissal if the behavior is consistent. *
Any member caught with the following prohibited items will be punished accordingly; any weapons or electronics (i.e. phone, laptop, iPad, AirPods, iPod). Cell phones will not be permitted for Juniors. Cell phones will be collected as Juniors arrive at the event. Juniors will be able to contact their parents in an emergency by using Seniors' phones. *
Any member who is removed from the facilities will not receive a refund. All campers are required to follow the rules set forth and failing to do so may result in a loss of privilege to participate fully in camp activities. *
