When: Oct 7th, 2023 to Oct 8th, 2023 (2 Days 1 Night trip)
Where: Total 5 different temples in NJ & PA
Charges for Yatree: JSMW Members $150/adult and $125/child (Below 12 years). The yatrees will stay in Siddhachalam.
Rules and Regulations:1. Children under 18 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult/legal guardian at all times.
2. Yatree will be confirmed for the trip, on a first come first serve basis.
3. In case of non-availability of seats or if the yatra is cancelled, money will be refunded. In case of a no-show, the charges paid by the yatrees shall be treated as donation to the Chaitya Paripati trip.
4. Once registered, there will not be any refund and no replacement of the participants are allowed. The registration charges will be counted as General Donation to the Chaitya Paripati trip.
5. Jain Society of Metropolitan Washington (JSMW) and its sponsors, volunteers, staff, Board of Trustees or Executive Committee members cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, including death that can be sustained by attendee/participant or any of the property belonging to attendee/participant.
6. Receipt of form/payment will be acknowledged by an email as soon as the completed form/payment is received.
7. Attendee and participants voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death.
8. Each yatree has to maintain the time schedule at all the times. The bus will not wait if you do not come on time.
9. The Executive Committee reserves the right to update or modify the rules and/or the trip as and when necessary.
