The Pioneer Library System's 2017-2021 Plan of Service was developed with member library input and was approved by the New York State Division of Library Development in October 2017.

This is the final year in reporting for this Plan of Service. Next year we will be evaluating the recently approved 2022-2026 Plan of Service.

Please help us evaluate our progress toward the goals outlined in the Plan by completing this questionnaire, which should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Each question includes the Division of Library Development's Element Title and the System's Goal Statement(s) for that Element as written in the Plan of Service.
