19-20 Schedule Change Request Form
Schedule change policy: The first week of each semester is reserved for the following schedule change requests:
1. Students missing a period in their day.
2. Students placed in the wrong level of a class (such as Spanish II instead of Spanish I).
3. Students missing a graduation or college requirement.

All schedule change requests are subject to counselor approval and space availability.
