For this incredible event, we are looking for the best holiday displays from our vendors. 
This is a space to truly let your Christmas spirit shine!  We are looking for great displays that really share you and your brand!

VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN
Please fill out the application form in its entirety. We are looking to provide a unique holiday shopping experience to our guests. Please note vendor acceptances are not on a first come, first serve basis. Applications will be reviewed based on your overall brand, product offerings and quality, social media presence and marketplace suitability. We will do our best to limit product duplications, in order to provide a successful and enjoyable event for all vendors and guests.

NOTICE
Please note that Neighbourhood Events (hosted by Becca Williams) and The Hometown Market (hosted by Mel Shea) are they only organizers of this event. We have seen an increase in people pretending to be hosts, looking to scam vendors. Booth Space: 

I understand that my display must be within my measured booth space and cannot protrude into a neighbours space, or walk-way.

Booth Set Up:

I understand that this event is held indoors. I am responsible for supplying my own table, chairs, (unless renting) linens, decor, etc.  Table Linens are required and must be floor length.

Hydro Access:

Please note, access to hydro is not guaranteed to all venders due to limited availability.  Please only request if power is 100% required to run your booth. 
*Food Vendors Only*

In accordance with local and provincial guidelines, all vendors selling food and beverages must have a certified kitchen inspection report. I declare that I have the necessary requirements to sell to the public in Dufferin County.

Notices:

I understand that Neighbourhood Events and Hometown Market will provide me with a minimum 24 hours notice, where possible, should the need to cancel or reschedule due to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

Set up Instructions:

I understand that I will be provided with set up instructions a minimum of one week prior to the event

I understand that I am responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that may apply.  Any misconduct towards event staff, venue staff or fellow vendors before, during or after the event will result in forfeiting your spot automatically, and will not be permitted to participate in future events.

Payment + Cancellation Policy:

I understand that the cost of this market must be paid within 48 hours of acceptance by e-transfer.  Payment by credit card is available by request. 

Should I not be able to attend, I must provide a minimum of 4 weeks notice to receive a full refund, less a $15 administration fee. Cancellations providing less than 4 weeks notice will be refunded at 50% of the market price. Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the event, will be non-refundable.

Promotion:

I understand that while Neighbourhood Events and Hometown Market will be promoting this event extensively, I am responsible for helping promote the event as well (advertising material will be provided).  Hosts are not responsible for the number of guests who attend and/or my sales.

Insurance:

I understand that Neighbourhood Events and The Hometown Market will be obtaining event insurance, however they are not responsible for any loss or damage to my product or display. Should I wish to insure my booth and its contents, I am responsible for obtaining my own insurance. I understand that if I do not obtain my own liability insurance, I assume all liability for any and all occurrences that happen within my booth or with my product, on the day of the market.

Terms + Conditions:

To participate in this market, I agree to the following terms and conditions: 
1. I will abide by treating all guests, vendors, staff, hosts and venue with the upmost respect leading up to and during this event. 
2. I understand that I am not permitted to leave the event early, unless given direct approval by the event organizers.
3. I understand that Neighbourhood Events, The Hometown Market and the venue are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods.
4. I understand I must provide the necessary notice should I need to cancel. 
5. I understand that it is also my responsibility to help promote the event and I will only promote in a positive manner. 
6. I understand that Neighbourhood Events and The Hometown Market reserve the right to ask me to remove any products not listed on this application.
