Have you ever been to Round the Bend Farm (RTB) before?  If so, in what capacity?
Why is this position intriguing to you? Why do you want to work for RTB?
Tell us your current knowledge and prior experience working in a kitchen. Are you comfortable in the kitchen? Are you willing to prepare team meals (our team shares lunch and dinner during the weekdays; this means cooking for 10+/- people)?
What is your comfort level with cooking with recipes? How are your math skills in relation to recipes and adapting them as needed? 
What does sustainable living mean to you?

How do you feel about working alone for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks (like slicing veg)?
