7月23日（日）と7月24日（月）の2日間に渡り、祇園祭と天神祭を巡るイベントを開催いたします。
このイベントは、毎年大阪で開催している、「天神祭」と、京都で開催している「祇園祭」の2つのお祭りを1日ずつまわり、日本の祭りを楽しむイベントです。
イベント当日は主催者と一緒におすすめスポットを回って、お祭りを満喫しましょう♪

7月23日（日）京都：祇園祭
14:40京阪祇園四条駅7番出口付近集合
★アートスフィア奈良からの参加者はスタッフとともに、13:00に物件を出発します。
19:00現地解散予定
7月24日（月）大阪：天神祭
15:10JR大阪天満宮駅3番出口付近集合
★アートスフィア奈良からの参加者はスタッフとともに、14:00に物件を出発します。
19:00現地解散予定
※当日、スムーズに集合できるよう、参加者は担当スタッフ森田のInstagramアカウント
（＠shoki_nara_oakhouse）をフォローしてください。
森田宛にInstagramのDMにて自分のハウス名、部屋番号、お名前をお送りください。
＜アートスフィア奈良での宿泊について＞
イベントに参加される方は、7月22日～7月25日の中で、お好きな日程で、アートスフィア奈良に無料で宿泊することが可能です。宿泊を希望する方は、応募の際にお知らせください。（先着5名限定）

チェックインは7月22日～23日の10:00～21:00まで
チェックアウトは各日AM10:00までに済ませてください。お部屋に清掃が入ります。

アートスフィア奈良は、安全の為、21:00に物件のエントランス扉が閉まります。
宿泊をしたい方は、21:00までにチェックインをお願いします。
21:00を過ぎてからの対応はできませんので、余裕をもって移動してください。よろしくお願いします。

イベントの定員は当日混雑が予想される為、安全面を考慮して10名とさせていただきます。
人数により、2グループに分かれて行動することがあります。

Thank you for visiting OAKHOUSE.
We will be holding a two-day event on Sunday, July 23 and Monday, July 24 to trip the Gion Festival and Tenjin Festival.
This event is a one-day tour of two Japanese festivals, the Tenjin Festival held annually in Osaka and the Gion Festival held annually in Kyoto.
On the day of the event, you can enjoy the festivals to the fullest by touring the recommended spots with the organizers♪.

July 23 (Sun.) Kyoto: Gion Festival
14:40 Meet near Exit 7 of Keihan Gion-Shijo Station
★Participants from Art Sphere Nara will leave the property at 13:00 with staff.
Scheduled to disband locally at 19:00
July 24 (Mon) Osaka: Tenjin Festival
15:10 Gather near Exit 3 of JR Osaka Tenmangu Station
★Participants from Art Sphere Nara will leave the property at 14:00 with staff.
Scheduled to disband locally at 19:00

<About Accommodation at Art Sphere Nara>
Those who participate in the event can stay overnight at Art Sphere Nara for free on any date between July 22 and July 25. If you wish to stay overnight, please let us know when you apply. (Limited to the first 5 applicants)

Check-in is from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on July 22-23.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM each day. Rooms will be cleaned.
(Shared areas may be used after check-out)
*For safety reasons, the entrance door of Art Sphere Nara will close at 21:00 at the property.
If you wish to stay overnight, please check in before 21:00.

Participants are welcome to attend either one day.
The maximum number of participants for the event will be limited to 10 for safety reasons due to the expected crowding on the day of the event.
Depending on the number of participants, we may split into two groups.
Photos taken at the event may be posted on the Oak House website.

The deadline for application is Tuesday, July 18, 18:00.
Please apply as soon as possible, as the number of participants is limited.
The event is limited to 10 people, so the 11th person to register will not be able to attend.
