I will have a kitchen class grade fire extinguisher the day of the event. If using a generator, I will also have a 3A40BC fire extinguisher the day of the event.
I understand that the selling or consuming of alcoholic beverages is not permitted by me or my employees during the event.
If accepted, I can provide proof of automobile and product liability insurance.
I will have a current business license to sell food OR a Special Transitory Food License (STFU) OR a temporary food service license (along with any other required licenses) provided by the Macomb County Health Department the day of the event.
I will comply with Township fire codes during the event.
I understand that I will need to provide my own generator, water, and seating, if desired.
