Please fill out this application to be eligible for this year’s MMS Talent Show. Acts should be around 3 minutes each. Only ONE application is needed for a group. Make sure your group is finalized before submitting (with no further student additions). Applications must be submitted by Tuesday, April 30th, 2019 before noon.

Important Dates and Information:
 - Online Application Due: Tuesday, April 30th.
 - Tryouts: Wednesday, May 1st from 3:00-5:00 p.m. in the MPR.
 - All music must be cut and ready. (If you are singing, make sure music is the karaoke version).
 - Results Posted: Thursday morning, May 2nd by the front office.
 - Mandatory Talent Show Meeting: Thursday, May 2nd, from 1:40-2:00 p.m. in Room 56.
 - Mandatory Dress Rehearsal: Tuesday, May 7th, from 3:00-5:00 p.m in the MPR.
 - Talent Show Competition: Thursday, May 9th (3 school day performances; 1 evening performance from 5:00-6:00 p.m.)
