Encore Youtheatre 2024 Student Director Application

Encore Youtheatre 2024:

  • Saturday, May 4 - Director workshop 9 - 3 (lunch will be provided)
  • Saturdays - May 11 & 18, June 1 & 8 from 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM (with students from 9-noon)
  • Monday through Thursday – June 10-13, 17-20, and 24-26 from 10 - 4 (with students from 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM)
  • Performances - June 27-28
Student Directors will be chosen through applications/interviews and paired in groups of 2 or more to direct One-Act plays. Directors will meet starting early each day with a short break for lunch. Part of each day will be spent in directing workshops or mentor inspiration sessions and short planning sessions for the day with the facilitator. There is no registration fee for student directors. High School students strongly encouraged to apply to Student Direct. College students only permitted to Student Direct.
