Form 2: Digital YAT/UNO Card Commissions
BY FILLING OUT THIS FORM, YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS:

--It will be $50 for the card art, and you'll have to order the cards on your own from the site I go through, which would be about $20 more.

--I will draw humans and animals, but nothing inappropriate or too bloody. I also won’t draw fan characters or something with an overly complicated design (run it by me first).

--If I fail to complete your commission (which has never happened before), you will be refunded.

--No changes will be made after it's completed; I will give you progress reports on the way, and that's where you can tell me if you want changes.

--You can do whatever you want with the art afterwards, but credit must be given, especially if you're publishing a book and using my art as the cover or inside.

--You must pay at least half before I start, and the other half once I've finished but before you see the final product. I accept PayPal, or cash if you know me in real life.

--Cards can have 1-4 characters on them.

--The standard is no shading. I can otherwise to airbrush or solid shading for an additional $15 overall.
