Dear parents / Carers
This year, as you are aware, we have had to adapt our arrangements for parent / teacher consultations. I have had a number of passing conversations with parents/carers about how effective they have found them compared to our usual system.
In order to give us a clearer understanding of the effectiveness, I would be very grateful if you would take a couple of minutes to complete the form below.
