Voorhees Arts Council Arts on the Boulevard Artist Form: FALL 2019 Exhibit

Participating Artists' Information. The theme is FALL to inform the color palette of the piece, the actual subject of the work does not have to be a FALL scene, however those pieces with stronger FALL colors will be placed in more prominent windows. Form must be submitted by Monday Sept 16, 2019. Drop off Sept 17-20 Tues-Fri 10am-2pm or by appointment. 4 months of exposure for just $20. And this season, there are 3 Meet the Artist Events and on Sept 20th it will be ON THE BOULEVARD, no extra fee. details below.

DROP-OFF/PICK-UP/RECEPTION

Drop off for your art will be , Tues Sept 17-Fri 2028 10-2 pm, at the Voorhees Town Center Mall- back of Food Court- Voorhees Arts Center & Gallery. (contact Marianne@marianneleone.com if you can not make this window) This form must be complete before drop off (by Mon Sept 16th deadline) Pick-up will be during the Meet the Artists Reception on a Fri 3rd week of Jan tentatively. If you cannot make the reception, you may contact Marianne@marianneleone.com to make other arrangements. (In following the Voorhees Town Center lost and found policy, art work left beyond 30 days will be disposed or donated by VAC).

All art will be for sale unless it is denoted “NFS” (place a 0 in the price section) Artist keep 100% of sales unless it is sold on the EVENING OF A MEET THE ARTIST- which it is 10% off. The Administrative fee to participate in this exhibit and have your artwork on display for the duration (4 months exposure) is $20*. Payment will be made at drop-off by a check (if you want to claim for taxes) or cash or credit card. More to come in confirmation e-mail the week before the drop-off. Do you agree to this fee? (* = Voorhees Artists serving on Voorhees Arts Council fee is exchanged for volunteering time to the council; If you are a resident Gallery Artist, your fee will be $10) *

We will need help from the artists to install the art and signage for this exhibit. If you are interested in helping out, and are able to give a few hours of your time, we will be installing the exhibit Thurs Sept 19th and Fri Sept 20th 10:30am-2pm. In addition to having my 3 pieces on display in a vacant window for 4 months, I WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN the "Meet the Artists on the Boulevard" night on Fri Sept 20th 6pm-9pm, where i get to share a 6' table with a fellow artist on the Boulevard in front of the Restaurants and stores- like a "First Friday". Send me details. I understand this is first come first served, limited space, and free. *

Voorhees Town Center Management will do everything in our control to protect the artwork, it will be displayed in secured buildings. However, we are not to be held responsible for unforeseen damaged or stolen pieces. Do you agree to these terms?
