After filling out the form with detailed information, we will promptly contact you via WhatsApp. If you do not have WhatsApp, we will reach out via email. Please indicate in the notes if WhatsApp is inconvenient for you.

Next, we will wait for a certain period for the group purchase orders to reach the required quantity. Once we meet the minimum order requirement, we will send invoices and payment links via email or WhatsApp.

Order processing:

We will send you CAD and gemstone videos for your approval. Once you approve the design, we will commence jewelry production.

Payment methods:

We accept PayPal ,credit cards, debit cards（with PayPal support and free handling fee）

Regarding the processing time for your order:

Upon the establishment of the group sale, we will send the CAD within 3-5 days.

Next, we will take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete the production of the earrings.

For shipping, we will use FedEx. According to FedEx's official information, you can expect to receive your product within 5 days.
