All students must meet the following requirements while attending El Rancho on an Inter-District Transfer contract. Please read the conditions below and check .
It is the expectation of El Rancho Charter School that any student attending El Rancho on an inter-district transfer maintain satisfactory attendance, satisfactory grades, and satisfactory behavior at all times. Inter-district transfers may be revoked when one or more of the following is determined:
(1) A student does not benefit from instruction and/or disrupts the learning environment. This includes excessive unexcused absences or tardies, multiple discipline referrals, or a suspension from school, or a quarter GPA below 2.0 (reviewed by staff on a quarterly basis).
(2) A student is not adjusting to El Rancho which includes N’s (Needs Improvement) or U’s (Unsatisfactory) in Citizenship, and/or the welfare of the student or other students is compromised or endangered.
(3) A parent/guardian has made false statements or misrepresentations in applying for the Inter-District Transfer.
The record of each student attending El Rancho Charter School on Inter-District Transfer is reviewed at the end of each trimester. Students who are not meeting the transfer requirements will be notified by letter or phone call and will not be invited to continue enrollment at El Rancho Charter School.
