The San Juan School District and Bella Vista Band Boosters provides a limited number of band and orchestra instruments for the use of students who do not own instruments. This loan agreement is subject to the satisfactory participation and progress of the student regularly enrolled in the instrumental music program at the student's school. Instruments must be maintained in at least the same condition as at the time the equipment is loaned, and shall be returned to school authorities upon demand at any time or at the end of the spring term.
