Summer School Dates: Monday, June 6, 2022 - Friday, July 15, 2022

Summer School at Cardinal High School is available for students to retake required high school courses in order to stay on track for graduation, (i.e. “credit recovery.”). Students work independently from home through online, self-paced lessons and submit all assignments through the online Fuel Ed/Peak platform. Students must have access to a computer and reliable internet in order to complete the online coursework. There are no set meeting times other than a weekly virtual check in with the teacher. Students have six weeks to complete coursework. Course content is available 24/7. Students can take up to three summer school courses. Parental involvement is essential to student success since the coursework is completed at home. Parents will have an account where they should check their student’s progress at least weekly to make sure they are keeping an appropriate pace.
Students from other school districts are welcome to enroll in Cardinal Summer School if they provide a letter of approval from their high school indicating the courses they need to retake.

Registration will not be processed without full payment.
Once enrolled, the student and parent will receive emails from Fuel Ed/Peak with login information. Each online course is assigned a CHS teacher who can answer subject-related questions and help with online platform navigation. If you’re having trouble accessing something or don’t understand an assignment, don’t wait! Email the teacher right away.
