Through a partnership with FEMA, ELCA/LDR-US and LSA are able to offer our partners access to face shields free of charge. Availability is time-limited so please submit your request by CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON TUESDAY 6/23/2020.

There are large quantities available with the possibility of additional if needed, so please plan to request a ONE YEAR SUPPLY. Supplies are packaged with 200 Face Shields per carton and 48 cartons per pallet (9,600 pieces per pallet). ONLY FULL CARTONS WILL BE SHIPPED and will be shipped directly to your organization.

Other details:
-May be last opportunity to receive a face shield donation, so what would your big picture needs be for a year to support your medical & non-medical mission?

-Transportation logistics to be organized later. We’re looking at the number of face shields your organization could use without ironing out logistics now.

-Approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery (FEMA cannot store).

-To be used in U.S. and U.S. territories.
